ActionSmartAI is available on the App Store for iOS and macOS devices. Simply search for "ActionSmartAI" in the App Store or visit our App Store page to download and install the app.
The free version includes:
Premium subscription (£5.99/month or £39.99/year) provides unlimited goals, habits, reminders, AI features, routines builder and advanced analytics.
1. Open ActionSmartAI and tap the "+" button
2. Select "Macro Goal"
3. Enter your goal title and description
4. Choose a category and target date
5. Tap "Save" to create your goal
6. Use our AI to generate micro-goals automatically!
Our AI uses Claude 3 Sonnet via AWS Bedrock to analyse your macro goal and generate personalised micro-goals. The more detail you provide about your goal, timeframe and current situation, the better and more tailored the AI suggestions will be.
Yes, absolutely. Your data is completely private. No human reviews your goals or personal information. AI processing is automated and secure. We never sell your data to third parties and you have full control over your information.
AI suggestions improve with more detailed input. Try providing more context about your goal, including your timeframe, current skills, available resources and specific challenges you anticipate. You can also regenerate suggestions or manually edit them to better fit your needs.
Go to Settings > Subscription in the app, or try to create more than 3 goals and you'll be prompted to upgrade. Choose between monthly (£5.99) or annual (£39.99) subscriptions. Payment is processed through your Apple ID.
Since subscriptions are managed through Apple:
You'll retain premium features until the end of your billing period.
Refund requests must be made through Apple, as they handle all App Store purchases. You can request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com or contact Apple Support directly.
Try these steps in order:
ActionSmartAI uses CloudKit for syncing. Ensure you're signed into the same Apple ID on all devices and have iCloud enabled. If sync issues persist, try signing out and back into iCloud on all devices.
AI features require an internet connection. Check your connectivity and try again. If you're on the free plan, ensure you haven't exceeded your daily limits. Premium users have unlimited AI access.
Check that notifications are enabled:
Your data is stored locally on your device and encrypted when synced via CloudKit. We use end-to-end encryption and follow strict privacy practices. No human accesses your personal data and we never sell information to third parties.
Yes, you can export your data through the app settings. Go to Settings > Data Export to download your goals, habits and journal entries in a readable format.
Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account. This will permanently remove all your data from our systems. This action cannot be undone, so please export any data you want to keep first.
